Wilja Welleweerd - Wiersema

I've always had an affinity with numbers. This is partly due to my education, but especially in practice. Numbers are fun! Particularly because of the way I can give them meaning at Kessels & Smit and connect them with values such as customer, service and people orientation. 

Using these numbers, I can make analyses together with colleagues. Where do we stand? What is the context of this? What can explain these figures? The answer to these questions can be both pleasant and confronting. It is therefore important to always be open, exploratory and careful. Considering together how something can be done better or how we can pick up something new.
