Appreciative Inquiry is a way to approach larger OD or change processes in organisations, as well as to address smaller challenges that present themselves in everyday organisational life. It is a way for both formal and informal leaders to work on smart solutions and build strong relationships in teams, and in groups of inside and outside stakeholders.
On May 21st, Luc Verheijen, Saskia Tjepkema and Joeri Kabalt will host a webinar for the Cooperrider Center on Appreciative Inquiry on this topic.
The central question is: How can each of us realize change, by starting from the idea that 'change happens one conversation at a time'?
The webinar is part of the larger 'Bringing AI to Life' series from the Cooperrider Center.
Time:
10:00 - 11:00 AM EDT
16:00 - 17:00 Amsterdam Time (CEST)
